Self-Pay Physical Therapy Services

During this no-cost phone consultation, your physical therapist will listen to your concerns, you goals, and discuss your symptoms.

During an initial evaluation, your physical therapist will spend time with you to learn about your condition(s), your previous level of function, and how your condition(s) is affecting your life. Additionally, your physical therapist will conduct specific tests and measures to identify impairments and function limitations.

During each physical therapy session/follow-up, patients receive personalized, one-on-one treatments to address impairments and function limitations. In most cases, treatment may begin immediately following your physical therapy initial evaluation.

Each treatment plan is based on the patient's goals and the impairments identified during the initial evaluation. After your initial assessment, your physical therapist will design a specific plan of care to your impairments.
